A2 Ghee includes solely the A2 protein type, which is inherently simple for many people. A1 Ghee may include the A1 protein, which some people have difficulty digesting.
2. Is Vedic Ghee appropriate for people who are lactose intolerant?
While most people with lactose intolerance tolerate ghee well, we recommend starting with tiny doses and evaluating your body's reaction.
3. How long will Vedic Ghee last?
