Light and dry beaten Pearl millets as flakes are perfect to absorb water and other flavors mixed with them to transform into a delicious, fluffy light meal that’s great for a calorie-light healthy course.
Ingredients:
Sorghum Poha/ flakes.
Preparation.
- 1. Wash the Magic Beans Sorghum Poha in water twice and drain dry. 2. Lightly fry one chopped onion, 2 green chilies, and one sprig of curry leaves in a few tablespoons of oil.
- 3. Add to the above mixture the washed MagicBeans Sorghum Poha.
- 4. Add to it some cumin powder, some crushed pepper, and salt to taste.
- 5. Serve hot with some lemon freshly squeezed over the cooked Poha.
