Teju Mutton Masala Ingredients
- 500g Mutton
- Sliced Onion
- Ginger garlic paste
- Oil
- 500ml Water
Cooking Method
- 20-30ml of oil
- Add Chopped Onions
- Add Half Tbsp of Ginger garlic paste
- Fry till it turns golden brown
- Add 500g of Cleaned Mutton
- Give a Mix
- Add 500ml of water
- Add Teju Mutton masala/fry powder
- Mix well
- Cover & Cook till Mutton Boils
- Mutton masala is ready to Serve
